The Penn Square Real Estate Group, LLC (PSREG) specializes in sponsoring institutional private equity real estate funds that allow investors access to institutional real estate. Since its inception in 2006, PSREG has successfully raised over $1 billion from high net worth and small to mid-sized institutions in four closed-end funds. By forming strategic partnerships with some of the world's leading real estate investment managers, PSREG consistently delivers access to direct value-add and opportunistic real estate and achieves our goal to protect and grow investors' capital.

Penn Square Advisory Group, (PSAG), provides US alternative asset advisory and fundraising services across real estate, private credit and hedge funds. PSAG has advised leading and emerging alternative managers to provide a blueprint for successfully raising capital across focused distribution partners, including global wealth managers, private banks, investment consultants, family offices and RIA's. 

Firm Summary/History

Founded in Philadelphia by Jonathan Albro in 2006, Penn Square was created after decades of careful evaluation of investment solutions and recognizing the lack of high-quality real estate solutions for investors. 
 

Penn Square’s innovative model created funds that allow limited partners to obtain alignment of interest with their investment managers while producing a cost-effective solution for real estate managers to access additional capital sources in a prudent manner.
