Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Penn Square Real Estate Group was established to provide unique access to a program of global and international real estate funds of funds for small-to-mid size institutional and individual investors. Together with our strategic partner and investment manager, The Townsend Group, we offer funds of funds vehicles consisting of top performing and highly sought after private equity real estate funds. Penn Square intends to create global and international real estate funds of funds that seek opportunistic returns.

Penn Square Real Estate Group has successfully closed two funds, Penn Square Global Real Estate Fund I and Penn Square Global Real Estate Fund II, with $376 million in commitments from various foundations, endowments, public, and private pension funds and Taft-Hartley plans. Penn Square is currently raising capital for its third global opportunistic real estate fund of funds - Penn Square Global Real Estate Fund III. Penn Square's platform fulfills a need in the private equity real estate marketplace by offering access to an investment platform that allows greater diversification by vintage year and fund managers than conventional strategies.
